We only hire humans at A&H Games, so it is possible that items will be received in less than desirable condition. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at games - if you purchase a game, and it does not work, then bring it back for a refund (mail it back if you purchased online). Note: this exception does not apply to video game consoles we test before selling these.
If a system does not work, then a return/refund is left at our discretion. If you bought the game online, you may still be responsible for shipping costs. Specific Sealed Products - If you purchase an item which looked good on the outside, but inner materials are damaged, we will work with you. We have experienced cases of customers purchasing boxed paint sets to discover later that some of the paints inside have dried out. This is not something a customer can reasonably expect, and we will offer a full refund or exchange for such items.
